SOCIAL MEDIA for Producer’s
‘Make A Mark In Your Industry’
With Sophie Hansen
Join us for a ‘Breakfast with a side dish of Socials’
Sophie Hansen is an Orange-based food writer, social media expert, blogger, author, farmer, and 2016 RIRDC National Rural Woman of the Year.
She has worked with hundreds of producers, industry bodies, and small business owners to help them create valuable content and share it with their audiences in a way that builds a community of advocates around what they do.
Sophie believes if you can confidently and strategically take, share and engage with great photos and stories on social media, you will reduce your marketing costs, build your social license, maintain a strong brand presence with your ideal target audience and establish yourself as someone to know, like and trust.
In our workshop session, Sophie will cover the ‘Who/What & Why’ to help you figure out what you are saying, who you are saying it to, and why they should care.
Then we will use this underlying message to create a content plan so we are always sharing valuable, inspirational content, to build a supportive community and ultimately sales.
Sophie will also show you the basics of iphotography, so you are sharing images that actually ‘stop the scroll’ and get people to read what you have to say.
We will also briefly cover, how to edit and hashtag your photos.
This event has been sponsored by the NSW Local Land Services (LLS) and is FREE for all to attend. Numbers are limited so book your spot.
Breakfast made from local produce and the Kitchen Garden at MRR will be served along with espresso coffee from Chris in the ‘Yellow Jeep’ AKA Beantravelin!
It will be a terrific morning of learning.
