Sourdough Bread Making Workshop

Chris Wellard is a Sydney trained Chef now based in Inverell who has a passion for high quality artisan baking. He specialises in Sourdough and fine pastry products made with top quality local ingredients.
In this class we will be mixing, fermenting, shaping, proving and baking bread, all whilst learning about the gut health benefits of sourdough.
You will leave the workshop with your own starter to nourish and a loaf tin with your own dough for you to bake at home later.
Freshly baked sourdough & homemade jam, espresso coffee or tea will be served, with lots of natter and laughs!
